20th Nov 2009 - Dou Feng, Farewell Party

Went dou feng whole of yesterday. From afternoon till night.

Evening went for farewell party. After so long, I got to see my Unit. They changed pretty much.
I see leaders.
I see commitments.
I see endurance.
I see a team.

ESNCDCC, Continue to bring that kind of spirit to the future batches okay.

Anyway, 2nd OC is leaving as well, not long after she became our OC. First OC stepped down because of school commitments. Now who will be the next OC? HAHA. Exciting. We always get only 2 Officer in our unit. (1 OC & 1 TO).

Farewell party ended at 6pm, went home changed , headed to Pasir Ris to meet friend. Then he took me around again.

I've got no pictures despite the nice sceneries at Changi depot and all, because I've got no mood to take any.

Friend took me around Punggol/Sengkang etc etc. Went up to 130kmph. Damn gey yan lah. Feel as if I'm relieving myself from all the shits in my mind.

It'll be better if I can find someone to shout with. Sigh. :(

All that I felt returned shits to my life.

On leave for 5 days and started back on work today, yet I was informed that we'll have to rush 1000 orders after work hours (OT). :(

Right now, just got back home from OT due to over-production order :(  -  3pm-4am !! 13hours of work today!

My eyes are red and I'm really lacking of sleeep. Can already feel my body heat right now. Sigh.

And now I'm flooded with freaking stuffs on my email from my CCA. :( :( Meetings meetings meetings wth. Doubt I can apply leave for all the 6 days.

Working hours have changed to 7pm-7am again, for 4 days, from tnight onwards.. T_T, prolly taking off if I don't get enough rest. Gotta wake up at 11.30AM tomorrow, travel down to City Hall to collect my HTC phone. Bleh :( Then travel back home, catch a nap and wake up at 6, prepare for work. How? :(

EEEEEEEEK. This job is giving my dark eye rings again. 5 days of leave to catch back my rest and hangout time with my friends, and now work is harsher now!  * #(*$#%)* *

When it's at work, it's boring, tiring and sickening doing the same thing, hearing the same loud voices for that many many hours.

Work ended at 9pm yesterday night, and caught midnight's Poker King with my fellow collegues and staff, at Cathay E-hub.

I must say that the show was really nice and touching. It's just so sweet that even I feel really touched by the actions the guys did to their gals just for love.
IMO, there aint a single part of the show where it's boring. Instead it's a really engaging and excellent movie by HK again !

Must say the cast crew did it really well and with such a great plot ;)

Slept at 10pm on my off night after I got home. Dozed off in just less than 1minute after I got my hands off my phone.

Woke up at 5am in the morning, can't sleep anymore, so decided to wake bi up. But she turned off her phone -.- So waited for her sms.. which then came at 6.30+

Went back to sleep at 12pm, till 4pm. When I woke up, Jon & Alph told me that we got no more night shifts. All got changed to 3pm-11pm -.- Totally blurred.

So we went Orchard Cinei to meet up with the bunch of collegues, total got 10+ pple (: Caught Tsunami, LJS and E2Max for an hour later.

Some went off after the movies. No photos for yst bcos I'm not rlly close with thm :)

Then the guys decided to head to Geylang~ And we cabbed there around 11+pm. LOL.

Cabbed home with Jon, Alph and Jenson at 3+am. The taxi was super fast. Crazy taxi one. The cabby sped like nobody's business from Geylang to Bedok, then to Simei, then to Tampines. We almost got shot by the traffic camera, and right infront of a police car. Haha. Then on the way to Simei, the cabby made a swift turn. Jon flew to me. I hit the car door -.- Can even hear the drift from inside, exciting :D

Then when I got off, I opened the door and the car was still skiing. Almost fly off the cab instead of stepping out of the cab. Haha. And he made an illegal u-turn. ;)

Flextronics has closed down Night Shift. All night shift personnels are converted to Afternoon shifts =(

Working hours are now 3pm - 11pm (8hours) instead of 7pm-7am. - Earning $1.5k + a month, exclusive of OTs.

Well, no doubt there's more rest time, but salary goes down too. We are earning lesser. No more OT hours, except for after 44hours of a week.

And it means I'll be able to eat a fuller dinner/supper! =D Haha. But the pay now really turns us off :( Sighh.

Anyway, the company is still looking for people.

I've calculated. 1 month's salary, after CPF deduction will be 2k + , provided if I work 5-7 days a week. Hahah ! :D

After 44th Hour, it's all x1.5 rate per hour. On the 7th day of the week, it's x2 rate per hour the whole dayyy :)

Hohoho. Can't wait for calendar's school holiday, then thr wont be CPF deductions ^^. Keke.

Back from work! 3rd day of work today (1 morning and 2 nights) :)

Supervisor today was having a bad menopause I swearrrr lol.

She screamed the hell out at people the whole night. Luckily I wasn't one of them. Hahah. Whereas the other who would usually be shouting and screaming (aka. 大S), was rather peaceful and friendly. Haah. Morning shift didnt have any thing much to do becos thr were little orders. Same goes for Night shift actually. But the supervisor die die want us to work like krazy, and she asked for stacks and stacks of orders for us to run. Wahlao eh.

Still got 2.5 months to go. Zz.. How will I sstay alive after the end of my contract? Hahah.

It'd got so much lesser people now in Nightshift already, bcos the Poly pple are gone. :( No chio bus lol!

Tired nowwwww.

Gna hit the sack and off to chalet ltr before work. Have to cab again. I'm taking the cab with my friends like crazy ever since I start work. Lol!

Like the 6th time this week! Haha! And 5/6 of them are on Peak hours!

I'VE GOT A JOB!

Hahaha ! Yeahh Finally after 3 Interviews (although all 3 were successful), but I still picked this instead.

It's actually a 12Hrs/6/3months job. And there WILL be OT. Working with Alph Hc and Jon from next Monday onwards @ Flextronics - managing rejected goods from HP and performing RAM (Repair & Modification), of which also includes stock piling and moving of goods from place to place.

We opted for the night shift, which will be 7PM - 7AM (+$10 Night shift allowanace) daily, and OT will start from 7PM - 11PM when necessary, at a pay rate of $9/HR + $10 night shift allowance. Quite a good pay actually, for night shift.

Payroll will be 2 times a month, mid and end of month. ^ ^

However, we're bounded by contract in a way that we have to commit till the End of the year. Termination will result in heavy penalty of the remaining unworked days! But I hope our supervisor will be good and grant us a week's leave or some off days during Nov. x)

It will be tiring, but it's much better than rotting at home and doing nothing constructive. Hahaa.

Anyway, they still have a lot of vacancies and for interested parties, please read the details below:

Working Hours:-7am - 7pm (Morning Shift) OT from 3PM - 7PM
-7pm - 7am (Night Shift) OT from 7PM - 11PM
-(Mon-Sun) Any 6 days of the week.

Yeahhhhhhh!

Woke up at 12+ on Saturday morning. Waited for the rest to wake up, then met up at Tamp Inter and headed to town. Like 11 people LOL. SHOPPING! =D

First Stop, Orchard Ion. Some went UniQlo to shop, while me yh and hock went downstairs to grab a bite. The Each-A-Cup's bubble tea pearls are super hard D: But the drink is nice :)

Then walked past Scotts Square and headed to FEP. Most of us bought a pants from Flexor :), then went upstairs to eat.

Walked back to Orchard Ion cause' LW wanna shop 2nd round. Haa. Then went back Tamp mart, met up the rest to celebrate Mooncake festival, while some went home to change.

Bought like one big bag of sparkles and candles and went to SunPlaza park around 12AM after eating supper.

Had sparkles war. Throwing at each other .LOL

N Level papers have been alright. :)

SS was right hit on the topic I studied on, but again, I lacked of time management despite tht I'd managed to do much better than before. In the prelims, I didn't even have time for SEQ. Haha.

English paper was rather okok. Some said it was easy. But I spotted some mistakes on my part. I guess I was pretty sleepy while doing the paper :(. And for Paper 1, I picked Exposition again. Haha. Since I got 25/30 for my Prelims Paper 1 xD

CL paper was easy :) Hahaa.

Was sick on Thursday night :/ . Had a terrible ulcer at my throat, till now it's still hurting and swelling. Vomitted badly last night because I hadn't been eating for the past 3 days. Everything and anything that I swallow just hurt my throat badly. Had terrible insomnia and feeling burning hot over my body! Just seen the doctor and he prescribed me some antibiotics and blah. I don't really like medicines :/ Oh and he gave me MC for Monday! Ahah!

Aftr I recover, Im gonna eat a lotttttttttttttt. I promise myself. Haaah.

It's Sunday already tomorrow. Holiday's ending really fast. Suckaaaaaaaaa. School's ending in 3 weeks' time, leaving with just the major papers till 8th Oct. Sigh. If I'd worked harder last year, played lesser, headed the advises and woke up to my senses earlier, I wouldn't have to walk this extra mile in my life. Dammit. =/ I shall find ways to ammend for this extra 1 year being taken up in my life.

Come to realize, there's many many things that I wanna do in life. But I just don't have the mood and energy and attitude to do it when I want to. I'm contradicting my ambitions, my goals, my dreams.

After the N'Levels, I will make my life constructive. It's a goal to me now.
